Our pricing is simple and transparent. There are no hidden fees.
Reservation Service Fee: $4 (non-refundable)
We charge a flat $4 fee for all reservation requests, regardless of the date.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a successful reservation for any request, as availability depends entirely on the restaurant.
However, same-day requests have a significantly lower success rate, especially at popular or fully booked restaurants.
We will do our best to contact the restaurant as quickly as possible and notify you of the result.
Important Notes
- The $4 service fee is non-refundable, even if the restaurant is fully booked.
- If your first-choice restaurant is unavailable, we will try to book one alternative restaurant.
- Cancellations on the day of your reservation are not accepted under any circumstances.（a cancellation fee of ¥5,000 per person will be charged.）
- Cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day before your reservation will be treated as same-day cancellations.
- If you wish to change your reservation details, please contact us by 6:00 PM the day before.
